This is also where the Thomas Park Recreation Center is located. Lots of big trees and grass. We saw a raccoon being a little overly friendly.
We had no problems with getting through! The park is very shaded and the park was clean. Some of the sites are adequate for big rigs, but a lot are probably too small and difficult to access with the narrow road.
